TunaWars Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Lhion OÜ (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the TunaWars mobile game (“the App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. TunaWars is designed to be played without collecting personal information beyond what is necessary to provide its features.
Information We Do Not Collect
TunaWars does not require you to create an account with us, and we do not collect your name, email address, physical address, or payment information directly. Your game worlds, saved campaigns, trained AI strategies, and settings are stored locally on your device.
Information Processed to Provide Features
Some features of the App rely on services provided by Apple. When you use these features, information is processed by Apple according to Apple’s own privacy policy, not ours:
Game Center and Online Multiplayer. If you play asynchronous online matches, your Game Center identity (such as your player alias) and your submitted turn data are handled through Apple’s Game Center service so that match state can be exchanged with the other players in your game. Invites, turn notifications, and match synchronization are managed by Game Center. We do not operate our own game servers and do not receive your Apple ID or Apple account details.
Game Data Sync. Match and world state may be transmitted through Apple’s services to deliver turns between players in an online game. This data is limited to what is needed to continue the game.
AI Narration
If you enable AI-written chronicles and battle reports, the text describing in-game events may be generated on your device or through a service used solely to produce that narrative text. This feature is optional, can be disabled, and does not transmit personal information about you.
Notifications
With your permission, the App may send you notifications, such as alerts when it becomes your turn in an online match. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
If you have enabled sharing of diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may share aggregated, anonymized crash and usage information with us to help us improve the App. This information does not identify you personally. You can control this in your device’s privacy settings.
Children’s Privacy
TunaWars is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because your game data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting a world within the App or by removing the App from your device. For online matches, deleting an active match also forfeits your participation in that game.
Third-Party Services
TunaWars uses Apple’s Game Center and related Apple platform services. Your use of these services is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data protection laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we do not maintain personal accounts or store your personal data on our own servers, most such requests are best directed to the relevant service (for example, Apple for Game Center data). Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
